To help you prepare for arrival to the event, please read the following information thoroughly, as it will help us make the event flow smoothly for everyone. The event runs from 7pm to midnight, and we're looking forward to seeing you!
 

PARKING:
 

We have various parking options available for you when you arrive. There is a small lot directly in front of our offices, which will fill up quickly. We also have an area immediately in front of our loading docks that will be available for parking beginning at 7pm (start of party). We hope to have some cars staged in that area to show how guests should park, in order to make maximum use of the space. Please try to park in an orderly fashion and avoid parking in a manner that blocks any other vehicles.

*There is a driveway that runs around the right side of our facility to our rear storage lot. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THIS DRIVEWAY. We have food trucks that will need to use this drive during the event. There is no event parking in the rear of our facility.
 

We also have neighboring businesses who have graciously allowed us to use their parking lots for the event, as we are anticipating a large crowd. Please see the parking map that follows for guidance on the location of those lots. Please DO NOT BLOCK access to any gates, loading docks, or roll up doors at these facilities. The lot marked in RED is NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARKING (1562 Litton Drive). PLEASE DO NOT PARK THERE. All other lots marked in green are available for parking. Our address is 1554 Litton Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 (noted on the map).

*DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET! There are NO PARKING signs posted at various places along Litton Drive, and if you park on the street, the city/county may have your vehicle towed.
 

CHECK-IN AT THE DOOR:
 

You will need to check in at the front door to access the event. If you have already RSVP'd, so your name will be on a list for our staff to get you checked in. This will insure that you receive your ticket(s) for the various prize drawings that will be taking place. If you skip check-in, you will not get your tickets, so please be sure to do so. If you have not already RSVP'd, please click one of the RSVP buttons on this page and do so now. You can sign in at the door, but RSVP'ing in advance will help speed things along. Also, you will need to show ID at the door in order to receive a hand stamp for bar access (21 and up only). Again, if you do not have a hand stamp, you will not be able to access the bar, so please be prepared to show your ID.
 

FOOD TRUCKS:
 

We have secured a couple of food trucks for the event, which will be located just outside the roll-up door at the rear of the party space. Don't worry...we won't let you miss them! We have Gekko Hibachi and The Loaded Burger lined-up for you, courtesy of Wavelength and LITEGEAR.

*The food trucks will only be onsite from 7pm to 10pm. Please plan accordingly.
 

PRIZE DRAWINGS:
 

Thanks to our co-sponsors, there's over $10,000 worth of lighting gear that will be awarded during the course of the party! Now you see why checking in is so important, right? We have not set a precise time that the drawings will begin, although they're likely to kick off somewhere in the 9pm-ish range. Please be sure to hold on to your tickets, and YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN! Please be sure to check out the list of co-sponsors at the top of this page. If you chat with any of the sponsors at the party, be sure to thank them for supporting the event and offering up some great gear for giveaways!
 

If you qualified for the $250 Visa Gift Card drawing for being one of the first 250 people to RSVP, don't worry, those names have already been put into the hopper for us to pull, so there's no ticket for that one.
 

Guests are eligible for the drawings for the various gear provided by our sponsors (sponsors and associated employees are not eligible), as well as for the $500 Wavelength gift certificate that will be awarded.

While you're enjoying the party, please be sure to snap selfies, as well as other fun photos from the evening, and post to Facebook and Instagram using our official event hashtag: #WavelengthAurorisParty. Next week, we'll make note of all who participated and put those names into the hopper for a $100 Visa Gift Card! The winner will be notified via the social media account where the post occurred, so be sure to keep an eye out and see if you won! We'll draw for that on Tuesday and announce the winner before the day is out.
